"The 411"

From the confines of Fox 97’s Atlanta radio studio to the streets and hiking trails of Georgia, Spiff Happens! After a successful radio career as half of “The Randy & Spiff Morning Show,” which resulted in our induction into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame, I now aimlessly wander around North Georgia with my Nikon camera in hand. Here on “Spiff Street,” you will enjoy photos of the wildlife and beautiful nature scenes found in Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, as well as the not-so-wild life on the streets of picturesque towns like Marietta. But wait, there’s more!

 

On “Spiff Street,” you will find stories about my life. How did I get the name Spiff? Hint: it has nothing to do with the Witness Protection Program. What’s it like to broadcast a radio show high above Atlanta while in the Goodyear Blimp? What did a 20-year-old with a Top Secret Clearance do in the Air Force? Okay, I won’t be able to tell you much about that, but I do have some great military tales. How did a doofus like me marry a homecoming queen? No, she did not lose a bet.
